Our modern gymnasium is well equipped and offers the latest equipment for varying levels of exercise. You can also choose to avail of our aqua fitness classes which offer an invigorating alternative to the more traditional gym workout.

Complimentary fitness testing, body fat monitoring and muscle flexibility assessments are all included in membership prices, and we can design and monitor fitness programmes for both the gym and pool to keep you in shape. Swimming lessons for all levels of ability are also available.

Swimming Hats!!
It is compulsory for all pool users to wear swim hats – they can be purchased from our leisure ctr @ €2.50 per hat.
