We asked our chefs to pick out some of their favourite juices that are easy to prepare at home.

Pear-Lime Energy Explosion

Power up your morning with our nutrient rich super energy juice.

Ingredients:

• Pears
• Carrot
• Apple
• Lime
• Celery stalk

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve in chilled glass and enjoy!

  • Calcium
  • Chlorophyll
  • Iron, copper, magnesium
  • Vitamin K

Tomato and Orange Age Restorer

,Tomatoes are powerful blood purifiers. They have antioxidant properties as they are high sources of vitamin C and vitamin A. Celery juice acts as the perfect post-workout tonic as it replaces lost electrolytes and re-hydrates the body with its rich minerals.

Ingredients:

  • 5 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 oranges
  • small slice of ginger root
  • 1 apple

Directions:

  1. Process all ingredients in a juicer.
  2. Shake, then stir.
  3. Serve over ice.

Ingredients:

• 1 large cucumber
• 2 carrots
• 1 mint
• 2 apples

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into your juicer.
  2. Place mint leaves at the bottom – this extracts the maximum juice from the mint leaves.
  3. Start juicing. And it’s done within seconds.
  4. Add ice cubes to the glass. Garnish with a slice of lime and some fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve immediately.

  • 1 apple

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into your juicer.
  2. Place mint leaves at the bottom – this extracts the maximum juice from the mint leaves.
  3. Start juicing.
  4. Squeeze lemon into glass.
  5. Add ice cubes to the glass and pour in juice.
  6. Garnish with a slice of orange and some fresh mint leaves.
