International Literature Festival Dublin 2016
It is that time of year again as the International Literature Festival takes place in Dublin.
Running from May 21st until May 29th, the International Literature Festival (known previously as Dublin's Writer Festival) will see Dublin city turn into a festive hub, full of literature.
This is certainly an event for the diaries and drives great interest as Dublin is currently the fourth UNESCO City of Literature.
There will be lots of interesting events happening during the International Literature Festival.
Jacqueline Wilson:
Jacqueline is a famous children's author, who has created well known characters such as 'Tracy Beaker'. Jacqueline will be giving a talk at the RDS Concert Hall in Dublin on Thursday, May 5th.
Tickets cost €7.00 for an adult and €5.00 for a child. It really is a fantastic opportunity to ask Jacqueline questions about her new book or any other questions that may spring to mind!
Naomi Klein in Conversation:
Limited tickets are available to join Naoimi Klein in conversation, a leading public writer who's writing has changed the way capitalism is viewed. The talk will also take place in the RDS Concert Hall in Dublin on Thursday, May 5th.
Tickets cost €20.00 per adult / or special student price of €12.00.

From Camden Court Hotel, the RDS is approximately a 30-40 minute walk along the picturesque Grand Canal or a 10-15 minute taxi journey. Public transport is also available as a Dublin Bus can be taken from Lower Leeson Street to the RDS.
