It will enable you to claim back 20% from your Hotel and Food Bills at the Camden Court Hotel, up to a maximum of €125 per person (or €250 for a married couple), if you spend up to €625 per person (or €1,250 for married couple) in Restaurants and Hotels from October 2020 until April 2021. 
The rebate does not apply to alcoholic drinks, only non-alcoholic drinks consumed in a Hotel, Bar or Restaurant.

The scheme is also supported by Failte Ireland, of which the Camden Court Hotel has been accredited with the Failte Ireland Covid 19 Safety Charter.

The easiest way for you to apply for this rebate is to take a picture of hotel or food receipt and submit it through the  Revenue Receipts Tracker App.
All you will need to do is indicate that the receipt relates to the scheme.

You can use the new Revenue Receipts Tracker App to upload your receipts, to show your proof of expenditure and record your spend, making it as easy as possible for you to make your claim.

Hotel Services

  • Technology will be used to reduce direct contact with guests where possible and contactless payment is encouraged.
  • Plexiglass screens, visible floor markings, signage and sanitation stations have been installed throughout the hotel. 
  • Stringent cleaning protocols will be introduced along with high-frequency cleaning of all public spaces.
  • Guest Rooms – rigorous cleaning and sanitisation of all bedrooms will focus on high-contact areas and hard surfaces. We have removed all unnecessary touch points. The frequency of room cleaning may be altered based on guest requirements.
  • Key cards will be sanitised after each guest use.
  • Restaurant, lobby, and all public areas have been reconfigured to reflect social distancing.
  • Restaurant menus will be available online or single-use menus will be provided.
  • Beverage service will be offered as a table service only.
  • In-room dining will be available with contactless delivery.
  • All laundry will be cleaned and sanitised on site daily.

Duty of Care

  • We are closely following the guidance and procedures of the WHO and HSE.
  • Continuous staff training will be implemented to comply with all guidelines.
  • Twice daily team briefings will take place to ensure enhanced operational protocols are adhered to.
  • All cleaning and sanitisation products have been approved for use against viruses and bacteria.  
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be available to guests upon request.
