We understand the impact the hospitality industry can have on the environment, and we believe it is our responsibility to minimize this impact, while providing our guests with an exceptional experience.

Our commitment to our guests, our community, and our planet, is that we will at every opportunity endeavour to operate our business as ethically and responsible as possible.

We understand that to have a positive impact on our planet, this must be a collective effort. This is why we strive to foster a culture that empowers our guests, our team, and our suppliers to make ethical and sustainable choices.

Environmental Policy:

Our hotel is committed to adapting and changing our systems and procedures with the sole ambition of reducing our impact. To date we have rolled out a variety of environmentally friendly initiatives that are already having a positive impact. These include:

  • Replacing all our bulbs with energy efficient alternatives
  • Installing a water flow monitor
  • Minimising single use plastics in the hotel
  • Installing 3 bee colonies on our rooftop to support biodiversity in our neighbourhood.
  • Recycling of cooking oil
  • Using filtered water for all our meetings & events
  • Offering a wide range of plant-based and vegetarian options on our menus
  • Instalment of electrical vehicle charging points

Our in-house Green Team is comprised of members from each department in the hotel. The team meet on a regular basis to identify opportunities, big and small, so we can continually take steps forward.

We, as a business, know that we are only at the start of this journey, but we have a committed team with big ambitions.

Our hotel has a strict non-discrimination policy that ensures fair treatment and respect for all staff members and guests.

We invest in comprehensive training programs for our staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle emergencies and prioritize safety. This includes training in first aid, fire safety, and conflict resolution.

We are passionate about supporting the personal development of the people that make up our team. We work with our employees to identify and facilitate opportunities for training and upskilling.

We recognize the importance of giving back to our community and that is why this year we are supporting Cystic Fibrosis Ireland as our charity partner.
