What Covid-19 precautions do you have in place?
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is of the foremost importance to us here at Camden Court Hotel.
We have put in place preparatory measures and guidance.
Your credit card secures your booking only and is not charged at time of booking. Cancellations should be made directly to the hotel 24 hours in advance of arrival date, to receive your a cancellation number. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first nights accommodation cost.
Please note if you have not made the reservation directly with Camden Court Hotel you must go through the website or agent where you made the booking to change/cancel your reservation.
What is check in/check out time?
Check in is 2pm / checkout is 12 noon. If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us directly (additional charges may apply). Luggage can be left in the storage room behind our front desk, should you arrive prior to check in and your room is not readied.
Do I need a credit card to make a hotel room reservation?
Yes, the hotel requires a credit card for all online hotel reservations. This guarantees your hotel until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel unless the hotel requires prepayment or a deposit prior. Prepayment, deposit and cancellation requirements will be displayed during the online confirmation process.
Do you allow smoking on property?
No, we are a 100% non-smoking hotel.
Is there parking available to guests?
Yes, we have a secure car park available for guests, which is charged at a rate of €14.00 per night. This rate applies until 1pm on the day of your departure. If you wish to park your car in our carpark after 1pm, parking is charged at a rate of €4.00 per hour. Please note that car parking is subject to availability and cannot be pre-booked.
Is there electric vehicle charging points?
Yes, there are two electric vehicle charge points installed in the underground car park of the hotel. One for Tesla vehicles only and one universal electric vehicle charge point.
Is there high speed/wifi internet access?
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access in all guest rooms and public space.
Do you have a fitness centre? Is there a charge? What are the hours?
Yes, we have a leisure centre at the property which features a state of the art gym and 16 metre swimming pool. There is complimentary access for all guests staying in the hotel.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Room service is provided 24 hours.
Do you have a business centre?
Yes, we have a 24-hour business centre available with copier, fax, data ports and working space. This is located in the Lobby area of the hotel.
Do you offer beauty and massage services? What are the hours?
Yes. Calm Beauty at Camden Court Hotel, offering a range of massage therapy, reflexology, facials, waxing, tinting, nails & more.
Please note that all treatments have been postponed until after March 29th.
What are the dining hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Breakfast: Weekdays: 7.00am until 10.30am Weekends & Bank Holidays from 7.00am until 11.00am All Day Dining Menu: 12:00pm until 9:00pm

The hotel is located on Camden Street, Dublin 2. Visit our map and directions page for more information and transport options from the airport and ferry terminals.
Does the hotel accommodate people with disabilities?
We have a small number of adapted rooms and all public areas including reception, bar, restaurant, meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible.
Do your bathrooms have bath or shower?
All bathrooms are en suite with power showers and bath, but there are a number of wheelchair adjusted rooms with power showers only.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, all rooms have a hairdryer located in the bathroom or bedroom cabinet.
Are there tea/coffee making facilities in the room?
Yes, all rooms offer tea & coffee facilities.
Is there ironing facilities in the room?
Yes, all rooms offer an iron and ironing board in located the wardrobe space.
Is there dry/cleaning available?
Yes, there is dry cleaning available from Monday to Friday. Same day return is also available. Extra charges apply.
Are there Family Rooms available?
Yes, we offer family rooms for 2 adults and 2 children online. We also have family rooms that can cater up to 2 adults and 4 children, please contact us directly for a quote firstname.lastname@example.org
Are baby cots available for the rooms?
Cots are available on request and free of charge. You can email our team to request a cot, which can be placed in your room in advance of your stay.
Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel/in the bedrooms?
Yes, safety deposit boxes are located in the wardrobes of each room.
Do you offer a corporate rate?

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
You must go through the booking agent/website that you went through in order to change your reservation.
I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
You can email our reservations team so we can arrange this for you in advance of your stay with us.
