I just wanted to drop you a quick note following our two-day EY Tax & Law event in Camden Court to say thank you to your team for the exceptional support we received throughout. I genuinely wanted to take a moment to recognise just how much of a difference the team made across the two days — their support didn’t just help things run smoothly, it really helped create a positive and welcoming experience for both me and our team, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. From the room set-up and logistics, right through to the little things such as helping with sound, air conditioning and troubleshooting anything we needed, the team were fantastic. What really stood out, however, was how approachable, proactive and supportive they were throughout the event — not only with me, but also in how they interacted with our team. Their teamwork was especially impressive; everyone worked seamlessly together behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly, creating an environment where we could stay focused on delivering the programme and giving our interns the best possible experience.

I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to you and the operations team for all your assistance in making our event on Thursday such a success. We’ve already received very positive feedback from attendees, with many complimenting both the venue and the staff. Steven and the wider operations team were incredibly helpful throughout; nothing was too much trouble. Steven was especially quick and responsive when we brought the food service forward, adapting seamlessly as we moved ahead of schedule.

We have travelled all over Europe in the past 3 years, and the team have been very complimentary about the facilities, the room, and the food. All commented on the quality of the breakfast and food. Sincere thanks to the staff, Filipe, was super supportive,  the guy who looked after us in the meeting room, nothing was too much trouble for him and his interaction with us was always with a smile and a can-do attitude,  nothing was a problem. please give him my sincere thanks.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for future meetings.
